Chocolate Walnut Brownie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup wheat flour( 250 ml)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1tsp. coffee
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- ¾ cup milk
- a pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp. water
Recipe:
- Add baking soda and cocoa powder to the wheat flour. Sieve this mixture for 3 times.
- Sieve powder sugar.
- Boil coffee powder in 3 tbsp. water for some time, cool this mixture at room temperature.
- Beat sunflower oil and powdered sugar till it becomes creamy then add a pinch of salt and mix it well.
- Add coffee mixture and 3/4 cup of milk and beat it well.
- Add wheat flour mixture into it by 2-3 parts, beat all the mixture. This batter is slightly thicker than cake batter.
- Add walnut pieces to the batter.
- Preheat the oven at 100 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
- Grease the mold with oil and dust it with wheat flour.
- Pour the mixture into the mold.
- Bake it for 40-45 minutes at 100 degrees celsius.
- Cool it at room temperature. Then cut into pieces as per your choice.
- For health benefits use it on the same day, don’t eat it stale.
