Ingredients :
- 1 cup wheat flour ( 250 ml )
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup sunflower oil / corn oil / rice bran oil or ¼ cup pure ghee
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. coffee powder
- 3tbsp. water
- a pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup almond pieces
Recipe:
- Measure wheat flour after sieving it with all purpose flour sieve.
- Add cocoa powder and baking soda to wheat flour and sieve it three times. Keep aside this mixture.
- Sieve powdered sugar.
- Dry roast the almond pieces at low flame.
- Boil coffee powder and 3 tbsp. water together for 2-3 minutes. Cool this mixture at room temperature.
- Take a mixing bowl , mix sunflower oil and powdered sugar and beat it until become light and fluffy.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix it well, then add coffee mixture and 3/4 cup of milk and beat it.
- Add wheat flour mixture into it by 2-3 parts, beat all the mixture and set the batter at dropping consistency by adding remaining 1/4 cup of milk.
- Add almond pieces into batter and mix them.
- Preheat the oven at 100 degrees Celsius.
- Grease the mold with ghee and dust the wheat flour. Pour the mixture into the mold and tap the mold.Bake it for 40-45 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius.
- Cool the cake at room temperature
- Now cover the cake with chocolate sauce and garnish it with almond.
- Now it is ready to serve.

Chocolate sauce :
Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp podered sugar
- 3 tbsp cream
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp pure ghee
Recipe:
- Add all the ingredients except pure ghee and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes ,stir it continuously.
- Now add pure ghee stir it and off the flame.
- Chocolate sauce is now ready.
- Cool it at room temperature.
