Natural Flavoured Tri-Colour Rice. Celebration of republic day special natural flavoured tricoloured rice. A healthy, easy and delicious recipe that is naturally tri-coloured. Without artificial flavour or colour used, spicy tangy taste
Ingredients :
- 1.5 cup basmati rice
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Recipe :
Wash the rice and soak it in water for 1 hour, then cook it, add 1 tsp. of lemon juice while cooking, drain the water, cool the rice at room temperature. Divide the rice into three equal parts. Ingredients :
White rice :
- 1 tsp. pure ghee
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- salt to taste
- 1 part of rice
Recipe :
Take a pan and melt ghee in it. Now add cumin seeds stir it and add one part of rice and salt to taste, mix it well. Our white rice is ready.
Green rice :
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1 spicy green chilli
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 pieces of cloves
- 1 small piece of cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp. ghee
- salt to taste
- 1 part of rice
Recipe :
Make a smooth paste of coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, cloves, cinnamon and lemon juice. Take a pan and melt ghee in it. Now add green paste, add salt to taste and stir it for one minute, then add one part of rice and mix it well. Our green rice is ready.
Orange rice :
Ingredients :
- 1 cup fresh tomato puree
- 1 tsp. red chilli paste
- 1 tsp. ghee
- salt to taste
- 1 part of rice
Recipe: Take a pan and melt ghee in it. Now add the tomato puree, red chilli paste and salt to taste, stir it until the puree becomes thick, then add the rice, mix it well. Our orange rice is ready.
Note: Take a glass bowl, grease it with oil, make three layers of orange, white and green rice respectively, press it gently. Unmold the bowl in a plate. Garnish the rice with fried cashew nuts, capsicum slices, tomato rings and coriander leaves. Our natural flavoured tri- colour rice is ready to serve.
