Whole wheat heart cookies

These cookies are quick & easy to make with basic, wholesome ingredients. Kids and family members of all ages love these delicious cookies prepared from whole wheat flour (Aata). Preparation method of Whole Wheat Heart Cookies Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup pure Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • a pinch of salt
  • some sugar crystals
Recipe: Measure wheat flour after sieving it with. Mix wheat flour and baking soda and sieve it three times. Keep aside this mixture. Sieve powdered sugar. Take a mixing bowl, pour ghee into it and beat it until it becomes smooth then add powdered sugar and beat it until become light and fluffy. Now add a pinch of salt and mix it well. Then add wheat flour and baking soda mixture and mix it gently. Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven at 120 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Put the dough between two plastic sheets and roll it. The thickness of the dough should be 1/4 inch. Now cut the cookies with a cookie cutter, sprinkle some sugar crystals on top of it, press them gently. Grease the baking plate with ghee and arrange all the cookies. Keep some gap between the cookies. Bake the cookies at 120 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Cool the cookies at room temperature and store them in an airtight container for 10-15 days. Crispy and delicious cookies ready.
