Ingredients:

- 1 cup flattened rice( Poha)

- 1 cup chopped capsicum

- 1-tsp chopped green chillies

- 1-tsp pure deshi ghee

- 1-tsp red chilli powder

- 1-tsp pav bhaji masala
-
- 2 pinch of turmeric powder

- Salt to taste

- Ghee for shallow-frying

- Chapati dough
Cooking steps:
Wash the Poha and soak it for a few minutes, then drain the water and keep aside till it becomes rise.
In a bowl mix all the stuffing ingredients.
Roll a thick roti and add 2tbsp stuffing.
Fold the roti and roll it gently.
Cook it in Tawa at a very low flame to both the sides.
Apply ghee on both the sides and cook it.
Our instant Stuff Paratha is ready to serve.

Notes:
1. Chop the capsicum well otherwise it will be difficult while rolling
2. U can give different flavours by adding different green herbs like
Mint leaves, Tulsi leaves, Ajwayan leaves etc.
While adding green herbs don’t use any dry masala.
Add only salt and green chillies
3. U can use dry masala like garam masala, pav bhaji masala, Sambhar masala, dry mint powder
for different flavours.
