Healthy Cup Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup wheat flour( 250 ml )
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • a pinch of salt

Recipe:

  1. Add baking soda to the wheat flour and sieve it for three times. Keep the mixture a side.
  2. Sieve powdered sugar.
  3. Mix powdered sugar and sunflower oil, beat it until become smooth.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and mix it.
  5. Add 3/4 cup of milk and beat it properly.
  6. Add wheat flour mixture into it by 2-3 parts, beat all the mixture and set the batter at dropping consistency by adding remaining 1/4 cup of milk.
  7. Preheat the oven at 100 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
  8. Grease and dust the cupcake molds.
  9. Pour mixture into the molds and fill up to 3/4 of the mold.
  10. Bake cupcakes for 20-25 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius.
  11. Cool the cupcakes at room temperature .
  12. you can icing this cup cakes with chocolate icing.
  13. For health benefits use it on the same day, don’t eat it stale.
